What are you most excited to share as a mentor? Being a creator takes a lot of dedication and hard work, but I'd like to share my experiences, the ups and downs of being a female content creator, make connections in the industry, and support aspiring female creators.

What are you most excited to share as a mentor? I have been mentoring and coaching women on and offline for 5 years about all things including self love, empowerment, confidence, and navigating relationships while maintaining your own self worth. I look forward to continuing this work in the YouTube Mentorship Program to remind these women how powerful and worthy they are! I hope to continue to impact women on a deep level that rewires what society taught them about themselves. I hope that by rewiring these ideas, they unlock their true potential and see their worth from the inside out.

What are you most excited to share as a mentor? I love to connect with other women. My main goal has always been to empower other women to be more in control of their careers, be more confident and have fun doing it. I try to do that with my content - it’s a mix of beauty, self help and silly jokes. I have a private community of around 15k content creators (mostly women) and use that to help people one-on-one or one-to-many in the form of newsletters, etc. I have learned a lot from other creators and I am finally at a place where I am comfortable enough to have time to help others. It’s particularly fulfilling for me. Most creators burn out because of inconsistent income and I want to teach them how to go from a content creator to a content creation business. I’d like to pass that on to as many people as possible.

What are you most excited to share as a mentor? I have inspired many female fashion designers and tailors around the world. Through my in person and online training, I've helped numerous aspiring fashion designers launch their content creation and sewing journeys. I would love the opportunity to encourage and nurture dedicated YouTubers, breathing life into less consistent creators. My goal is to help raise a fresh generation of hardworking female creators.

What are you most excited to share as a mentor? I look forward to helping mentor women and to share my experience in rebranding, switching niches, and working through burnout, as I reach my 10th year making a full income on YouTube across various channels. What are you most excited to share as a mentor? As someone who has been a mentor and a mentee, I know the importance of having a mentor and someone to coach or guide you. I’ve been a content creator for over 6 years now, became a full time creator and I’ve now grown my content creation business to a 6 figure business. I have mentored Black women in tech for 2 years and currently mentor a group on their personal finance journey. I hope to coach, guide, and train my mentees to learn the ropes of becoming a better content creator – helping them learn ways to monetize while creating content they enjoy.

What are you most excited to share as a mentor? I currently advise startup founders in the creator tech and beauty spaces - I love to share my experience as a startup CEO and content creator to help lift other women. I have learned the most effective mentors don’t give advice, they ask questions and listen as people usually already have an idea of what the solutions to their own challenges are. I’m excited to meet some incredible people that I can support and help watch them grow.

What are you most excited to share as a mentor? I am tired of the narratives that marginalize women and stifle their potential. I want to empower women to fulfill their dreams. My channel focuses on empowering minorities, especially women, so I would greatly value the opportunity to see how mentorship can enhance my impact. I want to help women find success on YouTube.

What are you most excited to share as a mentor? I am excited about the opportunity to provide guidance and support women in the art/DIY space. We often feel different from a lot of creators, because not only are we making something - sometimes massive projects - but in tandem, we are also making content for those projects. I have a lot of knowledge on brand deals, working within an agency, finding your niche, video style, voice and branding. I hope to inspire, support and encourage mentees. I think I have a lot to offer people who might feel lost or 'othered' in the community.

What are you most excited to share as a mentor? My mantra has always been, "Where can I make the biggest impact?" This is why I created my YouTube channel, so I could help more students. Now that I've been doing this for 7 years, I have created a brand, business, and team. I'd like to teach others what I've learned that works and what to avoid. I hope to help other creators make this their full time business, using the knowledge I've learned from my own channel.

What are you most excited to share as a mentor? I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others. As a senior adult, I have had many experiences that a lot of people don’t have. As a young woman, I held meetings with single parent mothers to help guide and mentor them. Being on social media can be stressful, so having someone to guide you in how to be more productive on a daily basis and utilize social media efficiently can help create that extra needed time.
