An Update on NBCUniversal on YouTube TV

October 2, 1PM PT update:

We’re happy to announce that we’ve reached a new agreement with NBCUniversal, maintaining uninterrupted access to popular NBCUniversal’s content including NBC, Bravo, E!, Telemundo, and USA Network on YouTube TV. You can read more here.

September 30, 9PM PT update:

We’ve reached a short-term extension to avoid disruption to our service while we work toward a new agreement with NBCUniversal. We appreciate our subscribers' patience while we negotiate on their behalf.

NBCUniversal is asking us to pay more than what they charge consumers for the same content on Peacock, which would mean less flexibility and higher prices for our subscribers. We are committed to working with NBCUniversal to reach a fair deal for both sides ahead of our current agreement expiring on September 30. If their content is unavailable for an extended period of time, we'll offer our subscribers a $10 credit.
