It's that time of year sports fans. Get ready for the most exciting ads of the season as we gear up for the Super Bowl. On YouTube, we’ve launched AdBlitz, the best place for you to view the year’s biggest commercials. Now in its 16th year, AdBlitz is the premier hub for Super Bowl ads with playlists for the most comedic, dramatic, action-packed, and inspirational spots. According to a Kantar survey, when excluding those that don't care about sports or don't plan to watch the Big Game, 72% rewatch at least some football commercials before or after the game.

Around the world, we're seeing a shift in how people are enjoying entertainment, as digital consumption rises to all-time highs. Though live viewing events like the Super Bowl in the U.S. draw in large crowds, the way people get their fix isn’t on linear TV alone nor limited to the hours of live play. People want to watch what they want, when they want and how they want, especially when it comes to sports.

Sports fans consistently turn to YouTube to check out their favorite highlight reels, in-depth game day analysis, and players-turned-creators, especially around the Super Bowl. According to a Kantar survey, when excluding those that don't care about sports or don't plan to watch the Big Game, 74% of football fans visit YouTube multiple times a week.

Sports fans of all ages are tuning in to watch exciting NFL content across the league’s official YouTube channels. From game highlights and storytelling to exclusive content like the Emmy-winning NFL Game Day Access (now in its third season), the NFL and YouTube deliver for every NFL fan.

NFL Media and YouTube also teamed up to bring audiences the wackiest plays, biggest bloopers, and laugh-out-loud moments of the season with the comedic highlights series, NFL Follies. Check out season one, now streaming exclusively on the NFL YouTube channel.

“From highlights and game recaps, to exclusive original series, our partnership with YouTube continues to deepen,” said Blake Stuchin, Vice President of NFL Digital Media Business Development. “Every year, we look for innovative ways to excite and entertain our fans around the Super Bowl. Partnering together for YouTube on AdBlitz will provide fans with all the great advertising from the game, including direct access to the NFL spot, including teasers and behind-the-scenes content.”

You can already watch the first teasers and commercials on the AdBlitz channel right now, and be sure to check out the NFL’s own Super Bowl in-game spot on AdBlitz shortly.

AdBlitz extends the life of Super Bowl campaigns for brands like TurboTax who have uploaded their Super Bowl teasers to AdBlitz. According to Pixability, a YouTube brand suitability and insights partner, AdBlitz brands get more YouTube views and engagements (including likes, dislikes, and comments) on their content than those who ran only on TV.
